Oil change took twice the expected time. Scheduled a simple oil change and arrived before the appointment time. Was told the car should be ready in 1 to 1.25 hours. This included the standard 54 point safety inspection. Did not get the car back for over 2.5 hours. Only reason I recommend this center is that they did not charge me for the oil change. However, they also did not give me the results of the 54 point inspection. More
