The only reason I gave 4 stars is because during contract signing, finance rep was eager to add warranty Gap etc to my contract. claimed that only the dealership can provide me with Gap coverage( which I found out later on to be not true) My insurance agent can add this to my policy without paying interest for the entire term! More

Excellent buying experience. Process was easy. Good service but schedueling was a nightmare. My service included the replacement of an outside mirror. The scheduler gave me a next day appointment but I questioned whether they had the parts. I was transferred to Parts who said they had the parts and scheduled me for the next day. They called me back 10 minutes later to say it would take a couple of days due to the need to paint and they told me they'd call me back in a few minutes to give me a date and time. After an hour I called back but was told that the body shop was busy and hadn't answered the question yet. 5 hours late I called the service manager. I received a timely return call and was give an appointment. The back and forth cost me most of a day sitting by the phone waiting for information. Once there the work was done well and quickly. More

Recall I have an older Outback and it was recalled for the airbag. This took three hours to accomplish. Service was nice, pleasant, no cost.
