Great Sales Team. Finance Could Do Better Ordered a 2019 Ascent Touring. The sales team did a great job giving me a good price, placing my order, and keeping me up to date. Things got confusing and frustrating in the finance department. The finance guy seemed a bit nervous at first but he was very nice. The interest rate the sales team kept telling me about suddenly didn't exist in the finance office. Dealer add-ons and offers from the finance department were not explained well. I don't believe I was told about everything they had to offer. I was offered a better interest rate at another dealer but they already had my $1000 down payment for ordering the vehicle and it was ready for pickup. They don't seem to have much of a service department, parking isn't great, and the facility seems a bit dated. I gave the finance guy a little xxxx about some things. Either way they got the job done. My advice would be to triple check everything that is said and ask a lot of questions especially about financing. More

Josh was very patient with us-he took plenty of time explaining all aspects of the various Subaru models as well as the specifics of the deal. Josh was professional, personable, and he really went the extra mile to help us come to a decision we're happy with. George Tellez was our finance representative. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He, too, was a pleasure to work with. More
Decent All started off fine, but then when it came time to the financing, the car sales men came out. We were told initially a price, all inclusive. Then when we sat down with financing, yes, the warranties were offered - fine. And the finance guy said - this is the price "as is" ... well, he didn't really mean that. Because then he tried to "add the security system" and the "extra red rear light" ... oh, you're already paying $200 towards this, i can leave it on for an additional $750. YOU SAID AS IS ... now you want to charge me for a $50 security system - excuse me. $200 for $50 worth of equipment that you installed. Nice. I mean overall, the price was right, I felt like we were on the right track, but the financing got me as well. Also, we used USAA. Yes, there's a fee for dealers to use USAA - it's called cost of business. You want USAA members to come see you, you pay to be on there - just like angie's list people. So there was NO negotiating on the price as "well USAA charges us $350, so we can't budge on that cost - and even if you don't use the USAA buyers program, since you're using a USAA Loan, we still have to include that." Really? Good luck to you all. Just used you for the car we found - oh, BTW we found it through USAA - you're welcome for your membership! More
