Ride and airbag recall replacement It took 3 hours just to get a courtesy ride home and the lady driver didn't stop talking about herself. The service department also broke my glovebox It took 3 hours just to get a courtesy ride home and the lady driver didn't stop talking about herself. The service department also broke my glovebox while replacing the passenger side airbag and didn't fix it. I will be in to have it fixed when I can find time. Hopefully they will fix it without any additional cost. Otherwise, we have a problem. More

Working with Cory!! I did not deal with Bob Shotwell. I almost always work with Cory as he is always so courteous and polite! He keeps me up to date with any problems o I did not deal with Bob Shotwell. I almost always work with Cory as he is always so courteous and polite! He keeps me up to date with any problems or variations that may come up - like a dirty air filter. I had originally requested a shuttle, but my work required that I have my car available and he was able to get my car in and the work performed and out within the hour! Excellent service! More
