Man, Kevin was great! I left the dealership knowing EVERYTHING about my car and Kevin was sure I knew how the car worked, ran, etc.. All that is nice, but where he really showed his dedication to customer service happened the next day. I had left the keys to my trade-in there at the dealership, (and not thinking) and I had forgotten that my house keys and work keys were attached to my trade-in's key chain. I called Kevin on his cell at 11 PM that night and you know what, HE ANSWERED!!! Not only that, he met me early the next morning and had my keys in his hand ready to give them back to me. I said, "man, what time does you shift start?" to which he replied, "noon", I said, "man sorry for asking you to show up to work four hours early!" and just said, "I just want to make sure you are taken care of. Showing up early is no big deal at all". Needless to say, he went WAY above and beyond which is not what most of us expect when going to buy a new car. Thanks again Kevin, you are the best! More
While we are very pleased with our Forester the process was not any less stressful than a regular vehicle purchase process. After reviewing vehicles online and attending Phoenix Car Show in November my wife and I decided a Forester best fit our new car needs. We decided that going tthrough Costco would help reduce the stress factor of the purchase process and would give us a better chance at a reasonable deal. Costco provided a contact name and a salesperson from Peoria Subaru contacted us via email. We responded and set a time to take a test drive and check pricing. When we met with the salesperson showed us only a single Forester and indicated that no other vehicles were available that fit our criteria. This was in spite of the fact that our research checking online inventory showed several that filled our desires. We were told that this was the only vehicle available. After a test drive we decided to go ahead and purchase. Our salesperson did not show us the Invoice price but he did show us the MSRP and the Costco price. This was acceptable to us. We discussed purchase and finance options and agreed on a price and payment that met our needs. We moved forward and started the finance portion. Well waiting the salesperson had us sign a form indicating that he would introduce us to folks in Service and other areas as well as go over all features in the vehicle. While we did have a short review of setting up blue tooth we did not visit or meet any of the folks in Service/Parts. After waiting for some time we were introduced to someone in finance. He apologized and indicated that he was having trouble with printers and we needed to go next door a different dealership to print. When we walked over and he began telling us about extended warranties, finish enhancers, and additional security for the vehicle. We declined and he said that while he was printing the folks in warranty may reduce the price which they did; however, we still declined. As we were completing the paperwork we noticed a charge that said "add-ons" for $1990 which completed eliminated any discounts that we received with the Costco agreement. This "add-on" charge was never explained. We were satisfied with the final payment price which remained the same that was quoted by salesperson so we signed the contract. This has been the best experience in car buying that I've ever had. Kevin was nice and thorough in his explanation of the Subaru Outback. Any question I had was answered until I understood. I must also add that this dealership is the most "non-pushy" that I had dealt with. They let me work at my own pace and didn't call me every 12 hours for a "deal" like some others. I heartily recommend Kevin and Peoria Subaru for your next purchase. Now about the Subaru Outback, I love this car!!! I feel like it was designed for me! Everything is so ergonomic, and the ride is so smooth. If you want the best, go to Peoria Subaru and buy an Outback! More

Rick was very helpful. We showed up late in the evening and he took his time with us. Didn't make us feel rushed. He did a follow up call but did not overwhelm us with follow up calls. *LOGAN FOLZ sales person at Peoria Subaru 8600 West Bell Rd. 85382 was my sales person we sat down to discus my vehicle trade in value for a new car he came in with a low number and I refused he asked what Rd. 85382 was my sales person we sat down to discus my vehicle trade in value for a new car he came in with a low number and I refused he asked what # I was asking for I told him I was quoted this # by another dealer and that is the # I would like for my vehicle or close to it he said he would have to speak to his SALES MGR. he came back and said you got your asking price plus a small discount off the New CAR asking price I said ok to it and they started the paper work Meaning ( SALES PERSON LOGAN FOLZ ) and ( EVAN ROBIN FINANCE MANAGER ) they both knew of each other lived in same neighborhood and that EVAN ROBIN helped LOGAN FOLZ getting the SALES POSITION at MOORE Automotive Dealer Ship which I came to find out later. This is where the ( BAIT and SWITCH ) comes in LOGAN FOLZ went into Sales Mgr. Office ( Moose ) but did not submit any transaction of the trade price of my vehicle for new car we agreed upon EVAN ROBIN had all the paper work made or drawn out and rushed through it all like he had to be somewhere else Plus extended warranty which he said was Subaru own contract for said car and price and in addition Vehicle Theft Protection policy and this is a normal or typical program what we sell and customers buy so I agreed to it and the deal went through and now I am an owner of NEW SUBARU AUTOMOBILE. The only thing good that came out of this was the ( CAR ) I am at fault for being to trusting and taking some ones word , Lets start, I sat down and began reading what transpired looking at every word carefully taking my time now and not being in any rush I found discrepancy, I went to speak with sales manager MOOSE about my trade in value which we agreed upon sales person LOGAN FOLZ and I, which he said HE WAS NOT APPROACHED or AWARE of and KNEW of any KNOWN AGREEMENT which reverted back to low price which I declined to accept , went back to question LOGAN FOLZ after talking to MOOSE LOGAN FOLZ being cornered had admitted that he went into office and made it look like he submitted my counter offer and LIED to me that he did , now EVAN ROBIN overcharged extended warranty by at least of $2000.00 that's correct $2000.00 and Vehicle Theft Protection by $700.00 talk about crooks and thieves I am now trying to correct some of the wrong doings on my part and of MOORES AUTO DEALER SHIP in PEORIA AZ. at 8600 W. Two weeks before I took delivery I noticed an outstanding loan on my Chase account for a car that had not been delivered. When I called to question finance on why they put a loan through on a car I had not received, I spoke to T.... He was rude and argumentative. He stated at the end of the conversation that he would speak with accounting the next day and call me back on the issue since I was not told this. As expected, I never heard from him. I never knew a loan could go through on a car before it is delivered. Luckily, the car was perfect and the closure went well. As for Subaru sales, great people to work with and will continue to buy from Bob and Dave. Thanks More

This sales person never pressured us and he went far more than the extra mile. We purchased a 2014 Forester and wanted a specific color combination. On his day off Kevin drove nearly 300 miles to obtain the exact Forester we wanted. Also, this dealer does not add any “dealer added options" that you do not specifically order. The dealer quoted us a price while we were still shopping for competing vehicles and they honored it to the letter when we returned later during the weekend. The finance manager was also very pleasant and did not pressure us to buy anything we didn’t want. If you want a Subaru, this is the dealer for you! More
