Waiting to long Service Advisor was fine, however, I did not appreciate waiting four hours. I guess the mechanic kept trying to figure out the problem with the front Service Advisor was fine, however, I did not appreciate waiting four hours. Watch the finance person. Sales person (Luigi Bianco) was very pleasant and not 'pushy' at all. He was good to work with. The finance person was very typical of auto dealer finance people. Gets you confused, many forms to sign or initial. Gets you to believe something verbally - only extra $7 per month for Equity Shield Insurance and that he also has Equity Shield because it is good to have. When you finally study the paper work at home you find Equity Shield is $1495.00 for 3 years, substantially more than $7 per month. Going back to talk with him, he says that you can cancel this anytime and will not have to pay for it. The next day we try to cancel, finance person then says we have to wait until paper work comes thru', then as it is a lease we will have to make the original payments and they will then take from the Equity Shield payment for the final 3 to 4 months lease payments. . New bumper guard installed As part of my new car deal I had requested a bumper guard to protect the tailgate. I had several reminders to bring the car in for installation.
