Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. When you initially brought your car in with a tire losing air, we inspected it and found that your rim would need to be repaired since it was cracked and bent. You declined our services, insisting you planned to get the rim fixed elsewhere. You later returned stating the car still had a vibration. We were happy to inspect your vehicle again and noted that the rim was in fact repaired but was still bent. As with most warranty companies, they require pictures and/or videos to be taken to verify with picture proof that the rim had been repaired previously and poorly prior to their authorization. As I explained to you, since there were no photo evidence, they cannot cover a rim replacement. We apologize for your frustration and hope that you are able to find resolution.
