David was very knowledgeable about the car, and answered all my questions, including some I didn't even know enough to ask about. He demonstrated all of the high-tech features for me (a somewhat tech-challenged individual), and made it all a very pleasant experience. I got a very reasonable trade-in on my old car, Pepe handled a lot of the administrative details, such as transferring my Onstar account, and arranging for out of state registration of the car in Connecticut. Robinson Rodriguez handled all the final wrap-up paperwork with me, and explained each document thoroughly. Overall, it was just a very good experience, and I would highly recommend them.. More

Service visit. I went in for routine maintenance and was greeted by Sam. Told him what I needed and I had a few questions about some extended warranty issues. He ans I went in for routine maintenance and was greeted by Sam. Told him what I needed and I had a few questions about some extended warranty issues. He answered my questions and had my car in and out in a very short time. He also told me about some preventive maintenance issues that I should look at as my mileage gets higher to keep my car in top running order which I will do on my next visit. I prefer to have an authorized dealer do work on my car because they know these cars inside out and work on them all day. As always another great service experience. More
