As if buying a beloved Honda isn't easy enough, these wonderful people make the experience even more great. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I called Monica O'Malley at 3 o'clock today to inquire and see how my vehicle situation looked. She gave me her undivided attention, advised me what to do and by 8:30 I was the owner of a 2017 Accord. (Mind you, I arrived after work, right before closing, past 7!) This is my 2nd Accord purchasing with the help of Monica, a true asset anywhere she is. Wonderful woman inside and out. I was fortunate enough to get even more help from my dear friend, Muhammad Guaba. Whom I met at Perfection well over 5 years ago. This man represents Perfection Honda like no other. Talk about a true professional. Educated and curteous, I knew I was in good hands. Thank you, my friend. This wouldn't have been possible without you. I got the Royal treatment with the help of my Sales Consultant, Scott Walker. There are about 5 or more awards on this man's desk for, "Sales Consultant Of The Year"....and I wholeheartedly understand why. Talk about passion for the product and immense knowledge. Scott, I walked into today and left with you as a friend. Thank you for such a great experience. So much more than a Sales Consultant. Thank you for your hard work. A huge special thanks to my Finance Manager, Daron Overman. This gentleman gave me some great information and was very patient with me. He respected my time and was not pushy. Excellent Service Department From start to finish (the software update only took 45 minutes!), my service rep was great! (Name on my invoice was Michael Lopresti) He greeted me promptly upon arrival, updated my customer record when he found my VIN had inadvertently been entered as another customer, and kept me updated throughout the process. When my vehicle was ready, he explained the process, and let me know when my next service would be - and for what. Very polite and personable - great customer service! Also, I noticed Mike West several times. He was visible and available to his service writers, the customers, and professional at all times. While I miss him as my service rep, he obviously was an intelligent choice for Service Manager! More

Wonderful service and great people to work with! Due to distance, my wife and I had to do most of our car shopping on the Internet and over the phone. But Perfection Honda was great to work with.
