Limited resources= Longer customer wait times, Poor communication, My personal experience, (albeit my experience) purchased a certified Car less that a month ago… Still Not fixed.. the old “ Supply Cha communication, My personal experience, (albeit my experience) purchased a certified Car less that a month ago… Still Not fixed.. the old “ Supply Chain” excuse. Yet OEM says no backorder…No Loaners available… while my “certified car” is in need of parts and services, the engine light remains on and Keep driving it is the Remedy….., (If you Keep driving a car with a Bad Cat it causes engine misfire and becomes hard to start, As I reported. other issues include harming your engine its life expectancy…. I was warned but I trusted the managers word and handshake…. Still waiting on a response. There are better options… Do your homework. More
