This was my first Used purchase done over the phone. I'm located in South Dakota. I saw this truck online and made the call. Patti sent me pictures and a description. She made the transaction easy. We worked out a deal for my trade and picked up the truck 3 days later. They installed a fifth wheel hitch as well. If you're in the market for a RAM, be sure to see Patti. The finance process was easy as well. They use a touch large touchpad signing system to reduce the mountain of paperwork. everything is on a flash drive when you're done. 5 Star experience.!! More
