Jacques Perreault is awesome. I was there to purchase a replacement vehicle as my SUV was recently totaled. I had not received the insurance check yet, but Jacques assured me I I was there to purchase a replacement vehicle as my SUV was recently totaled. I had not received the insurance check yet, but Jacques assured me I could take the check to the bank that financed me, and they would reamoritize the loan. Initially, I was hesitant, but I trusted Jacques and the financing manager, Tamara Gonzales. True to their word, the bank reamoritized the loan as promised. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the owner's manual and second key could not be located. Jacques vowed to find and bring the missing items to me (I live an hour away from the dealership). Again, Jacques came through and had someone bring the key and manual to my house. Both Jacques and Tamara were great to work with. I would definetly drive the hour to buy another vehicle from them again! More
