Easy drop off, convenient loaner, professional service Nice to get a good experience with warranty recall service. I scheduled the service online. The shop called me to confirm and when I asked about a loa Nice to get a good experience with warranty recall service. I scheduled the service online. The shop called me to confirm and when I asked about a loaner, they were able to offer me several times which would work better for the loaner. I dropped the car off; all of the warranty information and recall was available...no need to repeat information. 10 minutes later I was on the road with the loaner. I received a call from Flint that afternoon that the car was ready and that they had troubleshot a potential problem at length without determining the issue; however, if I wanted them to troubleshoot further to please meet with the service manager the next day (I chose to wait for a later time). When I picked the car up, it was brought to me very quickly and there were no issues returning the loaner. Even though Flint was off-work, an alternate advisor quickly provided everything I needed to get me on my way back to work. More

The whole experience was very pleasant, starting with a brief email exchange with Ellexandrah Price to set up an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership I met Niel Espino, the salesperson I worked with and he treated me with respect and did not use any high pressure tactics to make a sale. Josh Bauer in the finance office was equally friendly and easygoing. As you may have guessed, I ended up buying the vehicle and believe I got a fair deal. I'm very happy with the purchase.
