My car required an oil change and tire rotation prior to travel, and the Auto Mall was able to fit me in prior to our departure. My mileage was just under 10,000 miles. I had come for my 10,000 mile service check. I was told I would not be eligible for this until 15,000 because of a time concern, i.e., not enough ti I had come for my 10,000 mile service check.
