Above and beyond I bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu from them in April 2016. It was totaled in July 2016. Go see Randy Carmichael Randy did a fantastic job helping me find a car. He wasn't a typical "car salesman" and he was very easy to talk to. The shopping experience with him was great, much better than I expected, but I wasn't as happy once I got sent off to deal with other employees. I want this to be focused on how great Randy was, though. He really did a wonderful job, and if I were able to stay with him 100% of the time through the buying process, I believe I would have been much happier. He never once spoke to me as if I didn't understand him, and he didn't talk to me like I was stupid. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. (The star ratings below are based off of the entire experience. Once again, Randy deserves more than 5 stars on everything he did.) More
