I have never written a review for anything like this before and I felt the need to share my experience. Like a great deal of people, my credit was decimated after the housing market crashed. I have been before and I felt the need to share my experience. Like a great deal of people, my credit was decimated after the housing market crashed. I have been trying to repair my credit for quite some time and it has been a long and miserable road. The time came for me to buy a car and I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. The problem was that with a credit score in the high 500s your are not going to get any great rates. Well, after several weeks of car shopping I had decided that I needed to go out of state to buy a vehicle because I could not get anything remotely close to deal in Florida. My friend and his family has always bought from Pete Moore and they suggested that I give them a shot. I begrudgingly went and man was I ever impressed. I was met by Bruce Neely and from the initial meeting to the final purchase he was top notch, a true professional. We found the SUV I wanted and Bruce even threw in the remote start for my 2010 Suburban for FREE. Dave Hammon was a wiz at the financing and even got us a decent rate. He beat my credit union, who I have banked with and have very good loan history with for 7 years, by 3 percent. He got my payments within my acceptable range and did all of the legwork on the financing. I got a great vehicle for the price I wanted and it was the most painless process I have ever been through for buying a vehicle. I arrived on the lot at 0745 in the morning and drove away with the car at a little after noon that day. It was relatively quick, painless and an awesome experience. I have never had service like this and I will definitely buy from this dealer again. Thanks again Bruce and Dave you guys are a five star team. I would recommend these guys to anyone. More

I don't even know where to start...but BRIAN WIMETT is the most loyal individual I've ever met in my life! My fiance' took me car shopping all day this past Monday only to end up with a migraine & a he is the most loyal individual I've ever met in my life! My fiance' took me car shopping all day this past Monday only to end up with a migraine & a headache. Right when we were going to call it quits for the evening, Pete Moore came to mind. He'd agreed it could be a great idea, but after that we were heading home. We got there, everyone were busy, and coincidently we were sent to Mr. Brian. He greeted us with a smile, and told us BOTH not to worry...something about that was almost unreal until he came in and surprised us with the insurance paperwork, he made our night! I recommend anyone to Pete Moore, they really know how to treat new people, and won't throw you to the wolves. They are great people to work with, and really stand true to what they do and say. I now have a one time pre-owned Malibu and it drives just as NEW! and it's push start controlled so I can keep warm! :) this is the one of the best Valentines' gifts my fiance' has ever given me! i have been in many dealerships, worked in service in one and i have never had or heard of a experience as great and painless as allan gave us, i drove from right outside new orleans to buy a car from him an and i have never had or heard of a experience as great and painless as allan gave us, i drove from right outside new orleans to buy a car from him and would do again in a second. on the first phone call he went outside looked the car over and told me about every scratch, every little dent, if there was any flaw whatsoever he told me from the start, i was expecting to make the 3.5 hour drive and find all kinds of bad surprises. but everything was exactly as he said. when on the way i told him that my wife and son were with me, allan had a list of fun family things to do on our day in pensacola, he had the directions ready when we got there for the naval aviation museums. buying a from him was a breeze. my bank threw us a curveball sending wrong information and allan was more than helpful through it all and we got it all taken care of. the best part, HE DIDNT BLOW MY PHONE UP WITH HARASSING PHONE CALLS, he told let him know if i need anything that was it, the next time i heard from him was when i called him. a true no pressure sale More

I first visited the dealership planning on buying a 2014 SUV. However, I was unable to find one with the interior I wanted. While looking around the dealership, I found a 2012 Lincoln MKX that was exactly SUV. However, I was unable to find one with the interior I wanted. While looking around the dealership, I found a 2012 Lincoln MKX that was exactly what I wanted. Mr. Rotenberry was extremely helpful in my making the decision to buy. His professionalism was tops. He is not only very courteous but is very knowledgeable about the cars were were looking at. Mr.. Rotenberry offered to drive the vehicle to my home when I expressed concerns over whether the SUV would fit in my garage! My overall experience with this dealership was amazing. Everyone from the salesmen to the shop manager were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Even the shop is clean and orderly. If you want to work with a salesman that is "low pressure, knowledgeable and pleasant, you need to meet Charlie Rotenberry.
