Saving Grace!! I was having a rough time honestly. I had been in a serious accident about a year ago. And was hit head on. my car was totaled and I was seriously inj I was having a rough time honestly. I had been in a serious accident about a year ago. And was hit head on. my car was totaled and I was seriously injured after rehabilitation and going through ptsd from my accident where I almost died. I had recently bought a car from another lot that broke down within a week and they refused to give me back my down payment. I didn’t share any of this information with Andy. I saved up more money had been to so many dealerships attempting to buy a Chevy Malibu or Impala. I had honestly became so discouraged. After 3 dealerships denying me and my husband a loan because of a past repossession years back. I finally went to another small dealership and was looking at a car I really never wanted but it “would do”. I got a call on my phone that said “hey why don’t you go talk to Andy down at Pete Moore” I said sure but in all reality in the back of my mind I already knew it was going to be a No because I knew Pete Moore as a SERIOUSLY nice Chevy dealer. I sat in my sisters car with my husband and our kids and just cried after being denied at a dealership I won’t disclose.. I didn’t understand. I had the down payment I had the money and I have the income. I was defeated and didn’t want our credit ran again because we’ve been trying so hard to build it up to buy a house. I decided I wasn’t going into Pete Moore. On the way home we passed by and my husband pulled in and said “let’s just try”. We walked in and met with Andy.. he sat down with us and discussed our finances what he felt like we could afford and how much we wanted our payments to be. It still felt unreal when he said “I’m willing to help you” because we had heard it so many times before that day and days prior.. he sent someone to grab some cars but 1 in particular he thought would be great for us. I walked outside and seen the Malibu that we had wanted in EXCELLENT condition. My husband left to drive it and I staid back with our children. While he was driving he called to tell me he loved the car but he knew it wasn’t going to happen and we prayed on the phone with each other. I was surprised when he came in to tell us to go next door and get insurance on the car and come back.. I was nervous because what if I bought the insurance and got denied and had to hassle with getting money back from them. We signed papers and were told to come back in a little while that it was being cleaned.. we were nervous because we felt like something had went wrong again. I didn’t even want to go back with my husband when he went. About a hour later he called me back to tell me to go ahead and take a Uber up there that he had to talk to me: when I walked in my husband and son stood up and walked out with the keys to our dream car. Andy was like dealing with your father. Willing to help and give advice on how to make your situation work. He seemed genuinely happy to make our day.. to help us get our life back on track. When I got in the car I turned around and my 6 year old was crying and said “Mommy we did it” Andy helped our family get our life back. With out even knowing it. Not because he felt sad for us or because he knew our story but just because he was genuinely an amazing person. We love you and I’ll never purchase from any other car lot. See you when our son turns 16!! More

Me and my wife have bought several new and used vehicles over the course of the last 20 years. We have had the opportunity to have some good buying experiences, and also some horrible. This was the best by far. No beating around the bush and straight forward. We filled out application, presented our trade in, and was gotten back with immediately requesting what was needed.
