Third review submitted. Same old service issues. I gave this a poor rating due to the fact that the last 4 services I have received were bad experiences. Each time I brought my car in for an oil chan I gave this a poor rating due to the fact that the last 4 services I have received were bad experiences. Each time I brought my car in for an oil change, I requested they call me when it was finished. I didn't receive any calls and had to call back several times to find out when my vehicle would be finished. Each time it took several minutes to find my order and then let me know it was completed a couple hours ago. Very frustrating for me and my wife who was trying to get things done during the day and plan her errands to be in that part of town at the right time. I feel the communication is poor at best. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Larry Miller Honda and will have to say, their service center is top notch and communicates very well. This may not be a fair comparison but it is the only other dealership we have used to compare. Hope this helps. I'm not sure these reviews work all that well or if they even get read. More

Service Kaden met me at my car and he explained the service to me and I was very pleased with his explanation. The added accessories were expensive but I'm hoping it will protect my investment in the future. There are several tiny bubbles in the protection film (which I've addressed to Patrick) but I'm going to wait a few days in hopes it will correct itself. I have no doubt Peterson Toyota wouldn't correct the issue if not. More
