2018 Ford Ecosport I called for service because I was stopped along the road by another concerned driver letting me know that something was hanging very low to the groun I called for service because I was stopped along the road by another concerned driver letting me know that something was hanging very low to the ground underneath my car. When I called for an appointment, the service scheduler accomodated my crazy work schedule and got me in ASAP. The shield underneath the vehicle had gotten torn by something on the road, and I had not even realized it was hanging. They fixed the problem quicky and sent me on my way.
