I brought my vehicle in for repair after a collision with a deer. Tony and his staff are top-notch and the best in the business!! They took the time to explain everything in detail and were overly helpful a deer. Tony and his staff are top-notch and the best in the business!! They took the time to explain everything in detail and were overly helpful throughout the entire process. I was provided a loaner vehicle throughout the repair, to offset rental costs and ease the inconvenience of being without my vehicle throughout the repair process. Paula called me with updates numerous times and to make sure I was happy with the loaner and to see how things were going. Those calls were totally unexpected but very much appreciated (I never had another shop care as much as they did). My vehicle was repaired quickly and looks like new (inside and out). The detailing they performed was a pleasant surprise when I got back into my vehicle to find that it was immaculate! I would recommend Phil Fitts, Tony Oliva, and Paula Miller 100 out of 100 times!! More
