Want a smooth buying and service experience…. Avoid this place at all costs. A few months ago, my wife had a 2025 Explorer (purchased elsewhere) with serious electrical issues—ABS failures and Avoid this place at all costs. A few months ago, my wife had a 2025 Explorer (purchased elsewhere) with serious electrical issues—ABS failures and all warning lights going off. Phil Long Ford couldn’t diagnose it after a tow. Concerned for safety, we traded it in. If you bought a grey 2025 Explorer from them around November, you may want to have it checked. We then purchased a used 2025 Mach-E. Immediately, we found major issues: the passenger door wouldn’t stay closed, it wouldn’t charge despite being promised it was ready, and a speaker was blown. To their credit, we used their return policy and swapped vehicles. We ended up with another 2025 Explorer and purchased additional packages (warranty, maintenance, etc.). From there, things got worse. It took nearly two months to finalize the car swap paperwork, leaving an extra loan open the entire time. Then, three months later, they claimed I owed them $2,000—an amount that changed multiple times and was never clearly explained. When I asked for everything in writing so I could have an attorney review it, they stopped responding entirely. Finally, during the first service visit, they found a mouse nest in the cabin filter. The service advisor assured me they had “taken care of everything.” (See photo) In reality, they only replaced the filter and left the nest—so when I turned on the fan, debris blew straight into the cabin and into my face. This is a garage-kept vehicle, and we’ve never had any signs of mice. This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve had. Don’t go here, from bad vehicles, finance shake downs, and a terrible service department, this place should be closed. Long time Ford customer is gone because of this place. I left the employee names out intentionally because it is clearly an organization wide leadership problem at this place. More

Lawrence was amazing from texting vehicle options before we even arrived at the dealership, to his quick text responses, and friendly personality showing vehicles. He went above and beyond to make sure we we even arrived at the dealership, to his quick text responses, and friendly personality showing vehicles. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our daughter, to valuing our time. He had us in and out from agreeing to price to signing papers in an hour. We will highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely ask for him the next time we are shopping for a vehicle. More
