Doing our search online before visiting the dealership greatly sped up the process of finding the vehicle we wanted. From arriving at the dealership, test drive, finalizing on price, finance and any add o greatly sped up the process of finding the vehicle we wanted. From arriving at the dealership, test drive, finalizing on price, finance and any add ons(warranties, maintenance plans, etc.)-total time took about just under three hours. Grant was a great salesman that listened to our wants and needs and did not push to change our minds to a different vehicle. Darryl worked hard to give us the best price for both of us(the dealership and the customer.) Darryl was kind enough to throw in a few extra perks before finally agreeing on the final cost. Justin in finance was probably the fastest part out of the whole process. Justin was clear and explained everything quickly but in a through manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Chapel Hills Truck World Ford to anyone who was interested in purchasing one. More
