I wanted to look at a slightly used F150 and possibly trade in my slightly used F250 (rarely a good transaction). A manager at the dealership linked me up with Mike. He was extremely personable and relax trade in my slightly used F250 (rarely a good transaction). A manager at the dealership linked me up with Mike. He was extremely personable and relaxed. We test drove a new model and he got me a very fair trade in value for my truck. Unfortunately, the used models I was looking at (located in Denver) sold as we were trying to get them in. Mike was able to get me a good deal on the new F150 and had the entire transaction done quickly. He also jumped in to wash/detail my new truck so I could get out the door quickly. I really liked the fact that he did everything he could to get me in a truck that I would be happy with. He never made me feel like I needed to rush a decision, or that it had to be done that day to get a good deal. I walked away really happy from the whole experience. More
