Do not bring your car here for service. They damaged my turbo charger after causing a huge vacuum leak and will not own up to it. I wound up with a $4,000 fix and they won’t admit they were They damaged my turbo charger after causing a huge vacuum leak and will not own up to it. I wound up with a $4,000 fix and they won’t admit they were at fault. I now have to bring them to court if I want them to end up taking fault for their actions. They didn’t bolt a throttle body on tight enough (which didn’t even need to be replaced) and it ended up partially falling off while driving, creating a huge vacuum leak. Plenty of evidence online to show they are at fault. They fail to acknowledge their error and keep saying it’s just a coincidence. Do not bring your car here if you don’t want to end up dealing with people who won’t own up to mistakes. Stay away. More

We were looking for a specific niche vehicle and had done a lot of research before visiting Phil Long Ford. Leo was friendly, honest, and never tried to fake it if he didn’t know something. His Manager, Dary a lot of research before visiting Phil Long Ford. Leo was friendly, honest, and never tried to fake it if he didn’t know something.
