Have gone to Phil Long Ford for all service since I purchased Edge in 2016. Have a Ford dealer only 1.82 miles from home, and another just 4.81 miles away. Continue to go to Phil Long (which is 17 miles from home) because of the excellent service and friendly employees. Took Edge in for a recall notice. Service rep said work might take a little longer to complete because some many people were doing the same thing. Got a phone call saying work was complete exactly when service rep estimated. Was provided a "loner" because of living so far away. Service was fast , friendly, and completely hassle free. Had talked to Becky and she arranged a convenient schedule for me to get work done and verified the replacement parts were available, and Sherrie handled the loner vehicle. I will continue to take my Edge to Phil Long Ford for any and all service. They have done an excellent job every time I take it in, for routine maintenance. More
