Something that maybe could have been handled in a timely manner will now see a swift and massive retaliation and no one will be left behind. More

poor customer service had a prior oil change appointment 8 am on Monday. Service tech states he will get back if oil leak is covered by warranty and get us a rental. I am still waiting on third day, I called back several times several messages finally someone live and they would call right back 5 hours later no call , called person answers we ask about a rental car 1400 person wait because of hail. Service tech calls states car in line 2000 person wait for rental car service manager will call. No one has called now on third day. Very frustrated More
