We went in to purchase a new vehicle and the sales person was the rudest person. She basically told us she didn't have to give us a deal because the cars sold without them. Was offered a fair value on our trade in, AND they worked with us to lower the price a little to make the sale work for us. After searing for a new vehicle all day yesterday, I had all but given up on finding another car. I had visited 5 other dealerships prior to Hyundai. From the moment we called Hyundai you could tell they really cared about the person on the other end of the line. As soon as we got there they already had the car I had called about ready and waiting for me to look at it. I was greeted with such warmth and was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I cannot believe that I got the car of my dreams and at a much lower price than expected. The free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. All I can say is Wow. Excellent Job. Next time we need a new or used car I know exactly where I am going.
