Arrived at the dealership and was met by a sales consultant by the name of Jessica. We asked for Mikey (as he had sold us our 2009 Hyundai Accent) and were told that he was off. We asked if we could look around and she showed us a number of cars and answered questions for us ( knowing that we were Mikey's customer). We came back the next day and met Mikey who talked to us about different cars and took a couple of test drives. We decided on a new Sonata. The process was very easy and not frustrating at all. We felt at home going to Phil Long. We dealt with Raquel in the finance dept. She was a very nice person to deal with and knew how to do her job well. Our overall feeling with the sales department - It was great. The people there all worked together to make it comfortable. More
James Fowler is easy to work with, he understands the customers needs. his biggest attribute is that he listens. My greatest dislike is to leave a dealership in a car that I did not intend to buy. this did not happen. I am in a car that I went to buy and I am loving the it. James Fowler is the best sales person that I have dealt with when it comes to buying a car. he never pushed me and at no time did I feell the urge to just get up and leave. Car buying should not be a hassle and this experience was not that. Great car buying experience. Thanks james More
I had a great experience buying my Hyundai Accent at Phil Long's. I'm a very analytical person, so when I started shopping for a small car, I did my research and narrowed it down to 3 dealerships. I then visited these dealerships multiple times so I could get a look at the car, test drive it, and get pricing information. At my first visit to Phil Longs, I met Betty Chen who showed me a couple of different cars and answered my questions. She was very friendly and not pushy, unlike my experience at another dealership I had visited. Some days later, another salesman, Richardo Pena, provided me with straight-forward pricing information. Like Betty, he wanted my business, but was not pushy. Later that same day, I worked with James Fowler who set up a final test drive and completed the deal. I am happy with the price for the Accent and I was very comfortable thoughout the purchasing process and attribute it to the friendliness and professionalism of the folks who work there. After the purchase, Raquel Woolsey explained the warranties to me and provided me the opportunity to get a discounted rate on an extended warranty. Again, this was a wonderful experience and everyone I worked with made it great...they earned my business. More

Today we want to thank the staff, Kenn Patton, Richi Carni and James Fowler for the best experience we have ever had in buying a car. It's very apparent that honesty, customer service and long-term relationships are the backbone of Phil Long Hyandai of Chapel Hills because of who Kenn Patton is. These guys worked over-time to make us feel comfortable with the cars we were considering, and there was never any pressure to buy. James Fowler was very patient and worked hard to get to know us and inform us. Ritchie Carnie went overboard in explaining our warranties and scenarios that made us understand not only the car, but the service we could expect to receive. They never acted like they were in a hurry, and treated us like guests or friends coming over to spend the afternoon in their living room! I can't say enough about Kenn Patton. I hope the hours he spends with employees and people such as ourselves all pay off to bless him beyond comprehension. As business owners, we appreciate when we experience others hard at work to treat customers ethically, lovingly and fairly. I believe Phil Long Hyandai at Chapel Hills goes above and beyond. Wife and I had been talking about getting a larger car and had done our online homework. We had thought about a Sante Fe or a couple other brands that had cars similiar. We walked up to the Phil Long dealership and looked around the lot. Nice selection of colors and models to look at. The sales staff let us look without hounding us. When we went inside we were met warmly by Ben Ohman. He took the time to find out what was important to us and what we didnt want. He then took us to the lot and showed us the cars that met our desires. He didnt waste our time by trying to sell us up. I could tell he was VERY informed about the Hyundai line. During the test drive he let us find features on the Sante Fe, explained the benefits and then lead us through all the other goodies. After the drive we asked for a bit of hubby/wifey time to talk and Ben left to get us some water and gave us privacy. He was NOT the typical pushy salesman. We had decided to buy and we were guided through the processes painlessly and quickly. We were introduced to everyone at the dealership from the owner to the mechanic which would be the one to do our FREE oil changes for the life of our car. We met the K9 employee. We even got offered a piece of the Finance Manager's birthday Cake. LOL All in all I can say we were treated VERY well and in the future we WILL go back. More
I bought a Sonata in 2011 and had an amzing experience with the way I was treated. Richi helped my husband and I get what we wanted in the range we needed it. Over the past year Martyand Robert in service have been excellent to me every time I brought my "Olivia" in for her oil changes. They are courteous, know my name and just make me feel special. Unfortunately, on June 23rd I was in a terrible accident and I totalled my car. First and foremost, we are all ok. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and as you can imagine I was terrified she was injured. This car definitely did it's job in keeping us safe. My baby came out with a small burn from the seatbelt and absouletly nothing else. I have a small airbag burn on my arm, a slight sprain in wrist and the most pain is in my chest from the seatbelt and airbag. I assure you after seeing the car may people have commented that I shouldn't be alive or at a minimum are shocked I was not hurt much worse. They look at the pictures and see all the front end damage and are amazed at how nothing crushed in on the inside of the car. Like we were in a great big protective bubble! My "olivia" saved our lives. People laugh at me because once my husband arrived and took me to the hospital to get looked at, I didn't call the insurance company, I didn't call my parents,nope- I call Richi. I was so upset and already missed my car. From that second on I was in very good hands. Richi helped calm me down, told me to call the insurance company and to keep him in the loop. AS the days progressed Richi and Betty reached out to see how I was and to help us get started at loking for a new car. As you can imagine, I wanted my Sonata back, my pretty blue Sonata. We hit a couple of obstacles on the way. I thought we had Gap coverage throughinsurance and we didn't. Richi again stepped in and said "hey, you let me worry about this piece. I will take care of you. Just keepme updated as you here from your insurance company. In the mean time I am hunting down the car you want and talking to Security Service to see what can be done." Within 10 days of my accident Richi and Betty had found my angel. Had toget it delivered from north Denver, but had it for me and went way out of their way to help me from a finance perspective. My heart is happy, I am in my new car. Betty took the time to wlk me thorugh features I didn't understand, Richi helped me stay calm and did everything humanly possible to meet my expectations. You simple can not find this level of service any more. Most people see you as a way to make money and nothing else. This dealership and it's employees always make me feel special, unique and like I matter as a person first and as a business prospect last. I know this is only able tohappen because of Kenn. When someone like Kenn is in charge then this can heppen. He allows his employees to do things theright way and think outside of the box. I know none of this wouldn't have happened without him leading the way. He even had tried to come oin and meet me to make sure I was ok, that was awesome! Unfortunately we missed each other, but the fact that he took the time out of his schedule to think I was worth any of this, is simply amazing. I will never shop anywhere else for a car ever again. I am a Hyundai and Phil Long of Chapel Hills customer for life! I refer them to anyone who even mentions they are looking for a car! You simply will won't be let down, trust me! Kenn, thank you for inspiring and encouraging your employees to be good people, you definitely made a difference in my life! Gary was fabulous. He Exceeded my expectations in every way. There were many ups and downs and bumps during our negotiation which to all day. Gary was always there To smooth things over. He went above and beyond anything that anyone would expect. 4 example of when I was thirsty he got me a drink. When my wife wanted to smoke outside Gary got her a chair. Needless to say This impressed me greatly. I cannot say enough about the management staff that works there also. Larry was a kindred spirit We got on famously. Richie broke his back trying to help me. I really appreciate all the hard work everyone put in. This car was for my wife and she loves it_. A few words about marcia brooks. I took my car in to have it looked at Based on some things we discovered during to purchase process. She was extremely helpful. And kept me informed every step of the way. If I had to some of my experience. I would say they treated me like family. And for me know higher compliment can be given. More

She kept up her contact with me over the past year, so I gave her a call. We were buying our daughter Kim a Hummer H3 for he 21ST Birthday,so she set up the surprise. While she went nuts over her new car, I had been dealing with Richi Carni to get the financing done. He got us a better rate than we came in with and took the time to go through everything with Kim during delivery. He was the best and Betty was the best. I would not send anyone elsewhere or to anyone else. They've got loyal cutomers for life. More
