It was very obvious to me that these wonderful people enjoy what they are doing and it shows as the whole experience was 100% positive! M Mackee came and met us and that was very cool!!! Alex and Mikey were very helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the new 2012 Azera. Mikey went over all aspects of the car and its many options. All aspects of the deal were expained clearly to my wife and I by Mikey. He was very helpful during this transaction. Raquel explained all the options that were available to us and detailed the pros and cons to selecting or rejecting them. We ended up getting a number of the options not only based on our research prior to the deal but she helped us to finalize the decisions based on her answers to our questions. She also was very helpful in the transaction. To be honest, I knew I wanted this car as soon as I saw it advertized. It was a great coup for us that after we had test drove the new Azera that the one that I actually wanted (Midnight Blue with the tech package) was on the board for delivery. So it was really not hard for us to go ahead and place a deposit on the new car and simply wait for the delevery. I am happy to know that I am driving the FIRST 2012 Azera sold by this dealer in Colorado Springs and quite possibly the FIRST 2012 Azera to be sold in Colorado Springs. YEAH US!!!! More

I absolutely LOVE Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills. This is the 6th Hyundai my family has purchased from them. The cars are phenomenal but what keeps us coming back is the level of customer service. I feel like they are there to honestly answer our questions and serve our needs... they're not just trying to sell me a car. They are all so very friendly too. Very easy to chat with. I love that they are kid and dog friendly too! I feel very comfortable there and I trust them completely. While we were there I had spotted a brand new Elantra that I really liked. A few days later I called the Salesman (Ben) and he got everything rolling for me. I filled out the application online, Ben called me with a couple of questions, after I got off work I drove up to the Springs, signed the paperwork, and drove off with a brand new car!!! Everyone was great. The finance guy - Richie, did all he could to make things work out for me - payments, loan length, the whole thing. I would recommend Phil Long Hyundai to anyone and everyone!!! I found my experience to be above and beyond what I expected. I had actually gone to another dealer down the road, and found the salesman to be what appeared to me as aloof and disinterested in helpin expected. I had in my mind that I would like a Hyundai anyway, so I went to Phil Long Hyundai. While I ended up choosing a Honda, I was extremely happy with my whole car buying experience. As a first time buyer, I was not even completely sure what to expect. The salesman, Ben Ohman, was able to answer all of my questions adequately and with confidence, and was friednly as well. I was unsure that I would even qualify for a loan, as I really had no credit. I figured even if I did qualify, the rate would be pretty high. When I got into Richi Carni's office, I was flat out blown away by what he was able to do for me. I was so impressed, I told several people the next day how great my experience was a passed out business cards. My mom was so impressed, she traded in a 2010 vehicle she had just bought a few months ago for a brand new Hyundai four days later, and it was worth the hour drive back!! I got a free car payment with the promotion they had going for referring my mom!! I would recommend this place to anyone hands down with great enthusiasm and I have! Thank you soooo much Ben and Richi!! More
I gave Phil Long a score of good only because of Richi Carni otherwise it would have been much worse. The problem started when the dealership, this is how we felt, sold a car we were trying to buy to another because of a difference in a trade in. @ hours later then finally accepted our price but it was to late. We visited the dealership because of a promotion for ipad2's they were running and fully expected to get one when we bought our new car but we get a piece of paper to sign that states we have agreed to taking a $500 amount on our trade instead of the ipad and after 10 hours of being at the dealership with a sick wife, we just wanted to get home. After talking to Richi about our concerns, which the ipad was not the only one, he was very friendly and pulled out the stops to make us a satisfied customer. He songle handed turned what would have most definitely been my last visit to this dealership into a without a doubt would buy from this dealership again in the future. Thanks Richi for your hard work. More
