There is a significant gap in communication, especially in the Service Department. I called numerous times and sent a few texts, but it was almost impossible to get through the AI answering system to speak in the Service Department. James (in Service) did not return my texts or phone calls in a timely manner -- if at all. In addition to the significant lack of communication, there was an issue with my Veracruz on the way home. The temperature for the radiator maxed out on high, so I pulled over at a gas station east of Woodland Park. The radiator hose was completely disconnected from the engine block because someone did NOT put the radiator hose clamp on the hose. All the antifreeze drained out. Fortunately, after a couple of tries, I was able to contact Chuck, the manager, by leaving a voicemail with Andrea, and Chuck sent a mobile technician named JJ to reattach the hose with a clamp and refill all my antifreeze. The most helpful people were Andrea, Chuck, and JJ, the mobile technician. I will give these people a '5.' If I could give the dealership a 'zero' rating for communication, I would. More
