Told me that I would have to pay $750 to get what was wrong with my truck fixed which should have been under warranty but they decided that it was not because of an “impact mark” that caused the said dam wrong with my truck fixed which should have been under warranty but they decided that it was not because of an “impact mark” that caused the said damage. The “impact mark” was from a previous incident of hitting a curb. Even without fixing it under warranty they just tried to con me into paying $750 when I got home and fixed it myself in under 10 minutes and they had my truck the whole day with a scheduled appointment and then proceed to not even look at whatever they needed to. Staff knowledgeable and friendly, but I try to avoid dealers since rates are too high. Everything is full MSRP. Could not avoid this time since it’s a newer A/C system and most mechanics don’t work on dealers since rates are too high. Everything is full MSRP.
