I miss the employees that I noticed did not work there anymore. I had to stand quite a bit before anyone even acted like they saw me when I would ask a question. They were nice enough to get us in since we were traveling. The service department said we needed a computer update to fix our transmission problem. They said it was fixed and they test drove it. I made it about 40 miles and the transmission went out. The 2025 traverse with less than 2000 miles in now in Pine Bluff at smart Chevrolet getting a new valve body that is on order. So as you can see I am very disappointed. More
