Great customer service. We took our vehicle in not sure what was wrong with the air conditioner. Just spent $90000. On a pickup truck , everything started off great. I took the vehicle home unwashed, then a few days later, they called me back for a recall. They did the recall and wash the truck, and that's where problem started. I got home and took the truck to a detail place to get wrapped and ceramic coated. They immediately showed me all the swirl marks and scuffs on the taillights, I called the dealer and told them, they told me to bring the vehicle back. And they would polish it. But that was another hour. I'm going there then sitting there for hours, waiting for them to detail it and then drive back home so I just decided to have the detail shop, do it before. Wrapped it and ceramic. The vehicle ended up coming out, really beautiful. But the dealer up till now has not compensated me, or even called me. It's a check on what's going on. Please check your vehicles before you leave there. For swirl, marks stuff marks because their car wash sucks. They do not hand wash your vehicle. They run it through the machine.Which damages your clear coding on the car. I guess what? That dealer is out of sight out of mind. Be careful, folks. More
