Dan's approach was completely different than any other salesman I had spoken with previously. I visited a number of dealerships, and no one earned my respect like Dan. He went out of his way to make me feel at home and to know that he was not going to pressure me to make a purchase. He was knowledgeable and presented me with a fair deal. In the end, the reason I made the purchase at Phillips was because of Dan. His respect and approach was more valuable to me than anything else. Way to go, Dan!! More

He did not apply pressure, allowed time for us to discuss in private prior to making the decision to purchase the vehicle. My Personal Opinion Rami Alamawi is nothing short of a miracle worker! I first met him in 2012 when I was trying to get a new car. My credit was far from perfect but so Rami Alamawi is nothing short of a miracle worker! I first met him in 2012 when I was trying to get a new car. My credit was far from perfect but somehow, Rami was able to get me financed in a new car with nothing but an old car to use as a trade in. 2 years later, I did try to get a new car elsewhere. They were unsuccessful. Decided to go back to my original miracle maker and, even with all the “hits to my credit” that happened with the other dealer, he was able to get me into a new car again! I will never go elsewhere to purchase a new car and will HIGHLY recommend him to all my friends and family who are looking for a new car! More

No high pressure, gave me the info I wanted, sent a couple of follow up emails. I selected a vehicle on line that I wanted to test drive on my afternoon off & he had it ready for me when I got there.
