He explained EVERYTHING about the vehicle to my niece in a manner she understood and didn't mind repeating when necessary. I believe I paid a fair price, maximizing discounts and rebates. He did not apply pressure, allowed time for us to discuss in private prior to making the decision to purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Tim to friends and relatives for chevy purchases. More

My Personal Opinion Rami Alamawi is nothing short of a miracle worker! I first met him in 2012 when I was trying to get a new car. My credit was far from perfect but so Rami Alamawi is nothing short of a miracle worker! I first met him in 2012 when I was trying to get a new car. My credit was far from perfect but somehow, Rami was able to get me financed in a new car with nothing but an old car to use as a trade in. 2 years later, I did try to get a new car elsewhere. They were unsuccessful. Decided to go back to my original miracle maker and, even with all the “hits to my credit” that happened with the other dealer, he was able to get me into a new car again! I will never go elsewhere to purchase a new car and will HIGHLY recommend him to all my friends and family who are looking for a new car! More

No high pressure, gave me the info I wanted, sent a couple of follow up emails. I selected a vehicle on line that I wanted to test drive on my afternoon off & he had it ready for me when I got there. Staff was extremely kind and very helpful. Salesmen and lease consult Albion Balaj I think deserves all the credit of my visit and why I will be back soon to purchase my next truck. He truly cares about his customers satisfaction and not increasing his sales when it's all said and done.
