I was in the market for a new car, and as usual I started out at Philips Chevrolet. This the 4th new car I purchased from Phillips, so why do I keep going back? 1). There is no hard sell. Their service team is excellent. I've never gave them a problem they couldn't handle. Thisa go-round, I had the pleasure of dealing with Rami Alamawi, and he was a super sales agent. After a short test drive, and about 30 mins of desk time we signed a deal for a 2011 Equinox. It's real easy to have a successful business. All you have to do is meet the expectations of your customers. Phillips continues to exceed them. More
