My wife and I were looking to purchase a small SUV for our family and we walked into Phillips and met with Eric. From the start the process could not have gone more smoothly. We walked away with the exact car we were looking for at the right price. There was no hidden agenda with Eric. He didn try and push us either way, but rather let us make the decision and acted as a resource. We will definitely be back to buy a car from Phillips and will work with Eric again. More

I went into Phillip's Chevrolet with the intention of looking at some cars and possibly test driving some new cars to get an idea for the future; I had NO idea that was going to be the near future, as I looking at some cars and possibly test driving some new cars to get an idea for the future; I had NO idea that was going to be the near future, as I purchased a new 2011 Chevy Cruze not even a week after first stepping foot in the door. This had A LOT to do with the wonderful treatment and customer service I received from my salesman, Bob Brow, and his Sales Maanger Mike Darge. They both were incredibly nice and personable, not only to me, but also to my family who was there to support me on my first big purchase! Because of these two men, my first experience in buying a new car was the best that I believe it could have been. Bob listened to what I was saying and directed me to the car that would best fit me. After we decided the Cruze would be the best fit, he educated me on all the car had to offer, and was VERY knowledgeable on the subject matter. If there was a question or concern that he could not answer, he immediately found me the person that could. When it came time to purchase the car, Bob worked collaboratively with Mike to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal on my new car. They worked together with me, being very open and honest, and explaining everything along the way, to find the right price. I am thankful to have had these guys on my team when buying my new car, and because of them, I look forward to stepping foot into Phillips Chevrolet in the future! Thank you Bob and Mike! :) More

After a short test drive, and about 30 mins of desk time we signed a deal for a 2011 Equinox. It's real easy to have a successful business.
