I received a Letter Fron the General Manager Mike Maheras. The letter was to inform that my car had reached its first Birthday. I also love the fact that everybody at Phillips continues to Treat me with continuous respect everytime I walk through that door. I had an opportunity today to even meet Happy who had a beautiful writeup in the newspaper. He handed me a heart today which is the symbolic mascot of what Phillips Chevrolet is all about. Tim Christ is a extremely hard worker and was very busy today yet continued to keep everybody happy and content. Tim was able to explain to all of his customers what type of service and was able to have those matters taken care of in a timely manner. On February 14, 2011, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox LT from Phillips Chevrolet. The last time I bought a new car was in 1996. Needless to say, I was very nervous about this new purchase. Little did I know that I would have no reason to be nervous when working with the team at Phillips Chevrolet. My salesman, Jeff Stewart, instantly put me at ease. Jeff is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with me. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he never put any pressure on me. Jeff worked with me for several months to find the perfect vehicle for me. As soon I found the vehicle, and the price was set, it was time to work with the Finance Department. The gentleman that worked with me on the financing could not have been nicer. He thoroughly explained everything that was available to me (extended warranties, etc.). At no time was I ever pressured into signing up for anything additional. The entire process was easy and fun! Everyone at Phillips Chevrolet is very friendly and accommodating. I was considering a new car right after Thanksgiving and went to many dealers with my dad. We came to Phillips and were greeted by Rami one of the salesmen. We left and were extremely please that I wasnt pressured that day. Rami followed up with a call a few days later. Once I was sure of what I wanted, we set up an appointment with Rami to discuss my purchase. I was looking at an upgraded Equinox that was showing on the website but was sold. We showed up at the same time as another customer looking for Rami who did not have an appointment. He did a great job going back and forth between us. My dad who has bought many cars and is not a man to be messed with was even impressed. He told Rami he did not want to go back and forth on pricing and asked for a price on an Equinox that had just come in with the color I wanted. Rami came back with one and my dad did 1 counteroffer which was accepted. We filled out the paperwork and I wanted to pick my car up on my birthday which was 2 days later. Rami asked if we could pick it up Sat since he was off on Friday but since it was my birthday, he had another salesman Hani take care of us. My car even had the big red bow on it! The experience was amazing and I would recommend this dealer and Rami to anyone looking for a Chevy. More
