When I walked in the door I was meet by Dan Sues,and a very friendly introduction. I told him right away that I was just looking and NOT going to buy that day,and he could take care of someone else. He insisested that he would answer my questions for me. He was with me more than an hour. I left that day very satisfied, but did'nt buy a car. A few day's later I returned asked for Dan and bought a new car. Seven months later I bought a second new car, from Dan. Everybody is very friendly there and what I like about Dan is he does NOT push, he let's you set the pace. I would recommend Dan Sues and Phillips Chevy to anyone. Thank You & God Bless. My husband and I were looking for a new car, and we decided to stop by Phillips because it was in the neighborhood, and my husband had had a couple of Chevys and he always liked them. I was at that time driving a Toyota, which I liked. Our salesman was Dan Bachert and he was, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable salesman we had ever encountered. We told him what we were looking for, and we went out to the lot and found this gorgeous red Equinox and took it for a test drive, and by the time we finished and by the time Dan explained all the "bells and whistles" in the car, we were sold. The price was right and we ended up driving it home. There were so many new features on the car that I called Dan a couple of days later to ask about several of them and how they worked, and he told me to "come on over" and he sat and explained everything I didn't understand. He even set up my cell phone so that it would ring through the steering wheel! By the way, there are several things I really love about this car -- having "Serius" music, having On-Star -- not only do I now listen to beautiful music without commercials, but I feel safe all the time with help only a "push of the button away"! And I still get a kick out of talking to people throug my steering wheel!!! Dan was a great salesman and I would heartily recommend both him and Phillips for a new (or used) car! More

This was one of my better experiences I have had at a dealership. Our sales person, Jeff Walker, was extreamly frindly, easy going, and he knew how to make my family comfortable. We had two children that had their patience wearing very thin but Jeff did not seem to be bothered by that. He put forth MUCH effort to help keep the kids happy. He spoke equally to both myself and my husband which is almost unheard of at a car dealership. I felt like he gave all of us the respect that we were looking for. Jeff was also outstanding when it came to the reason we were there, finding a car that was right for us. He took the time that was needed to get our car choice right. I am extreamly happy with my perchase and the treatment in which my entire family receved while shopping at Phillips Chevrolet. I work for the Will County States Attorney's Office and all of the police departments in the county of will and I will highly recomend anyone to this dealership and I would also recoment Jeff Walker in a heart beat! I had gone to four or five dealer before I stopped by Phillips Chevrolet. I pulled up and there were two or three guys standing out side of the building looking at my clean pickup truck as I drove up.Thi Phillips Chevrolet. The one I had was a 2005 3/4 ton silverado with over 320,000 miles on it. Only replaced the starter, oil and tires. LOVE THAT TRUCK. I was very happy with the trade-in and the price Alibon and Phillips Chevrolet gave me. I will always recommend Phillips Chevrolet and saleman Alibon for the best deal in the Chicago area. Wade More

Unlike most dealers I have dealt with who refuse to exit the "what payment can you afford" sales tact, or the new trend of "no-haggle pricing", it was easy to negotiate on my terms of bottom line price after my trade. I walked away feeling like I paid a fair "private party" price, with the added convenience of trading my old car in and financing right on the spot. This was especially important for me, as I was shopping out of state. I would definitely recommend everyone check out Phillips for your next Chevy or used car purchase. More

I visited Phillips looking for a Camaro. I was impressed with the variety of Camaaros in stock. Bob Brow was very helful in all aspects of my purchase. I have to say this was the best car buying experienced I have ever had. My sales professional Rami was very courteous, honest and very patient. Rami even called me to see how I was doing and ask if was satisfied with my purchase. That is customer service that I find to be rare these days. I have never had that from my past car buying experiences at other dealers. I also want to mention that the whole atmosphere at Philips Chevy was very pleasant. I will definately recommend those I know in the market for a vehicle to go to Philips Chevy. More
