I stopped by my Chevy dealer to visit my salesman, Henry King. I had a question about the cargo net for my Chevy Cruze. (I bought it last September and always forgot about the net.) He took me to the Parts department and they answered my question and then Henry took me to Scott Perek in Service. He was so nice. I had tried previously to try to install it myself, but couldn't figure it out. Scott asked if I had time to wait, I said; "sure". LIterally, within 90 seconds, he had the hooks to my cargo net installed! What a sense of humor. This was my first encounter with the service department and Scott was so nice and fast. After he was done, I chatted some more with Henry. This is my second car purchased from Henry at Phillips Chevy. We couldn't be more pleased. Even after the sale, Chris and his team checked back frequently to make sure the car arrived safely and that I was happy, even expediting paperwork to my local DMV. The complete deal I got from Phillips -knowledge of car, customer focused service and even price - was unparalled by any dealer I worked with during the locating of my car. Even after the cost of airline tickets and delivery transportation were included in my decision, the total was better than my own local dealers!
