I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. KYLE HUNTER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I ALSO NEEDED BRAKES. THE ROTORS AND PADS WERE CHANGED. JOE ARMSTRONG BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I SHOULD ALSO RE BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I ALSO NEEDED BRAKES. THE ROTORS AND PADS WERE CHANGED. JOE ARMSTRONG BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I SHOULD ALSO REPLACE MY TIRES. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT NEXT WEEK TO REPLACE MY TIRES. KYLE AND JOE WERE BOTH VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. I TOLD THEM BOTH THAT I KNOW I CAN GET THIS WORK DONE MUCH CHEAPER ELSEWHERE BUT BECAUSE I RELY ON THEIR HONESTLY AND THE RELIABLE SERVICE I WILL KEEP BRINGING MY CAR TO PHILLIPS CHEVY FOR SERVICE. WHEN I RETIRE, I AM NOT SURE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO AFFORD THE DEALERS SERVICE FEES. More

I was in the market for a new silverado 1500 and I first went to Advantage Chevy in Hodgskins. The experience there was terrible. I was really discouraged about going to another dealership. He was super friendly and was willing to help me get into a truck no matter what he had to do.
