Our salesman was Steven Bruno. He did a wonderful job. I normally hate the entire care buying process. Steven did not make me feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable in anyway. Phillips Chevy has given me the best customer service anyone could ask for! I went in to the dealership today for an oil change and tire rotation and an air conditioning problem. Scott Perak checked me in and explained what the cause of the loss of air conditioning might have been. He came into the waiting room a few times to see how I was doing and keep me informed of the progress all with a sense of humor. The repairs were made and they even washed the vehicle before I left. Time and time again when I need service, I go to Phillips Chevy because I always leave as a happy customer. Thanks Scott and thanks Phillips. More

Its not every day that you get emails from customers that are positive. I will just say this is our second Camaro purchase from you. One was in 2012 and now July 1, 2013. Let me just start off saying that yo are positive. I will just say this is our second Camaro purchase from you. One was in 2012 and now July 1, 2013. Let me just start off saying that you have a great team, but specifically Rafat, and Jamie have been top notch in customer service. They know I'm the type of customer that is very specific but at the same time very fair. I received the same details from these two! I have been talking with Rafat since 2010, and every email response has been prompt, and very professional. After meeting Jamie we received the SAME service for both vehicle purchases! Lets face it most customers all think dealers are out to get them. I myself grew up in the business from my family with anyone from General Managers to Finance Managers so I always have an idea of what to expect. I'm sure you guys know of customer complaints about other dealers on how some are straight and others are shady. I can say that I'm glad I picked your dealership this time and last! About Rafat and Jamie talk about a great people to have in your dealership. Rafat helped close the deal which I'm sure these are the kind of people you want in your dealership! Jamie filled in all the little details as we went back and forth. I can be a little OCD when it comes to my car (STOP) laughing Rafat and Jamie! :) We talked and went back and forth about trying to make this deal work. He helped explain breaking down my trade tax, to ACV of my car. I didn't get the feeling of them trying to push numbers quickly or make a sale quick without explaining all the items at hands. I just want you to be aware that I'm buying more because of your employees Rafat/Jamie and not so much for the deal of the car. I can go any place to buy a car, but I can't always get the service. Finally I would say that these two deserve some pizza's and beers, but I know its a workplace so maybe just some pizza and soda!:) Last thanks to Eric for fixing a weird situation promptly.
