I told him I was here for service and he asked what my issues were then told me he could possibly help me get out of the car instead. He test drove me in a new Suv and was able to get me out of my old car and into a newer and safer one. Jarrell was very nice and courteous and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. More

New car purchase There were issues with my previsit online contacts and my initial visit. I left without buying. I shared my concerns with Brian McMahon in a response to his inqiry about my visit. He did not respond, but Walt Fields contacted me a day or so later. We were able to work out an acceptable price. I think I may have been able to get it for less, but I was not interested in starting over elsewhere. I was surplrised at the length of time it took for me to complete the sale. We were tbere 2 1/2 hrs with gaps of time between people and interactions. I also prefer paper to a thumb drive. Even paying for the car took a bit because the cashier did not know wbere to find the check number on the bank check. Walt Fields saved the sale for Philips. My reviews for Mark and Walt from my second visit are five stars. More
