I wasnt sure Upon arriving to Phillip's Chevrolet I was unsure of what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay or even if I wanted a car, LOL. After talking with salesman Eric Pickett and giving up my info to get some numbers I was more confused...yeah sounds crazy. It took me to actually drive the 2015 Chevy Equinox to know I really wanted a car, LOL. Salesman Pickett was very patient with me through my undecisiveness and got me driving off the lot in a new car. I appreciate him and pray God Blesses him because he was apart of my blessing on today. Oh yeah and he gave me the best writing pen he had at his desk!!! :) More

The two of them worked as a well as a team because when we came in and requested one of them, that person was already working with a customer and needed to provide that customer with her full attention. She therefore requested her team mate to assist us. We like the way in which they both made us feel respected and that they valued our time.. They did follow-up calls to make certain that we were still satisfied, comfortable, and if we had any questions. They let us know that they would "hold our hands:" until we were comfortable about the car and its various operations. They were never :pushy. We found all of these same traits of all of the personnel at this dealership. More
