ZERO and Mike sent me a message stating that he thought he could help me with a bad situation where I thought I'd need an attorney. Not only did Mike's quick thinking save the bank from funding a misrepresented vehicle at another dealership but Mike offered to let me take a car of my choice off his lot until I could get the right car that I was looking for. I had my heart set on a very specific soccer mom mobile. Mike set me up with his right hand man, Mark and next thing I knew I had the red carpet treatment. No joke, I thought this was just Mike being nice to an old high school friend but I came to find that this is how he treats EVERYONE that enters either of his two stores. Mark told me to come in at 7pm to pick it up and to ask for Todd. I got there to find a gorgeous 2017 Traverse Premier. This vehicle is incredible. It's roomier than a highlander and not as bulky as a minivan. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and brought it back to turn it in because it was significantly out of my price range. Mark whipped up a deal that no way could I walk away from. Every person there was smiling. I felt like I was at a five star resort. Super friendly, super professional, and as strange as it sounds, I look forward to the routine service appointments every 5000 miles just to stop in and look around. Clean waiting area and very nice, very CLEAN restroom. It was all around a fun day and this team of people seem to really love ?? their jobs and it shows. Highly recommend that you ask for Todd. He followed me home just to put my plates on for me and show my boys how to work the DVD player. Who does that? Excellent customer service. He already texted me and said not to hesitate to text if I have any questions with the navigation or phone. I can't imagine ever going to another dealership again. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. These are the people that you want to do business with. More
