Best Bolt Buying Experience Bar None Starting with my Internet/website introduction which led to email and text communication with Tyler (Internet sales) which led to working with Phil (l Starting with my Internet/website introduction which led to email and text communication with Tyler (Internet sales) which led to working with Phil (lead salesperson) and Henry and Tom (dealer add-ons and financing/extended warranty), I had the absolute best car buying experience with Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing when purchasing my new ‘17 Bolt EV. From start to finish, everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. The lack of pressure was a delightful change of pace from other car buying experiences I have had in the the past and my lead salesperson, Phil, went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of patiently helping me get acquainted with all the new technology inherent in the Bolt EV.
