Well first of all I visited this dealership on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 with my son, who came to have his car serviced. His car was serviced at no cost to him. Well I just asked my son to see if I could possible get a car and Troy said come on down (Like the Price is Right) and let's see what we can do. Within a few minutes I walked out, no let me rephrase that I drove off the show room floor with a brand new car. Troy was outstanding, very knowledgeable and so was Mr. Barth Eastman, I want his desk table top computer for my office. I will recommend my family, friends and co-workers to check-out Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing. What a team! More

Customer Service Sucks!!! I arrived looking on the lot on a Friday evening 11.10. Where no one even came out to speak to me. I saw sales people with everyone else but I was not I arrived looking on the lot on a Friday evening 11.10. Where no one even came out to speak to me. I saw sales people with everyone else but I was not acknowledge. I went inside and saw 5 sales people at the desk to the left talking , looked at me then continue to finish their conversation. I went back to the female in the cashier booth told her I needed a car, had to give a rental back and was able to pay for it. She flagged down a sales person walking by but he said he was in the middle of a sale. I left there feeling unwanted and frustrated. Good thing I went this past weekend and bought a brand new car from a different dealership in town. Moral of this story any sales person that works there needs a refresher course in common curtsey. It doesn't hurt to speak and say hello. I will never go here nor tell my friends. This place sucks!!! More
