At first glance the Phillips Chevy staff were so warm and friendly. Although they were very friendly I still had a hopeless feeling. After hearing so many rejections I was just ready to settle and initially planned on purchasing a used car in order to stay in my budget. With the help of Mike & Mark I left Phillips Chevy with a brand new car and a note that was perfect for me! I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new car to visit these guys. The staff did everything they could to take care of me from my salesman Jamaal to the manager Mark. The sale was not pressured and I was comfortable the entire process.
