I had a good idea on what I wanted before walking into the Lansing dealership, but I had some questions and needed to test drive some different models to make sure I got what I was looking for. From top to bottom: Josh Packard answered all my questions and worked with the team in management and finance to get me what EXACTLY wanted I wanted at a price point even better than what I was hoping for. The entire process was about my needs and was a no pressure atmosphere. I will definitely being going back to see these guys for my next car purchase! More

I just came in to window shop! I stopped into Phillips on a rainy spring day to check out their used car selection. Upon meeting Barth, I knew I was in trouble. We looked at a Used Chevy Cruze and were getting ready to take the car for a spin. I was inquiring about the size of the vehicle and how it compared to my old car. Next thing I know, I am test driving a 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ. Barth was willing to go above and beyond to make the car fit in my budget. My visit was full of laughs and the whole process felt like having a beverage with a best friend and I ended up with a brand new car that totally suits me =] THANKS BARTH! YOU'RE THE BEST! More

She exhausted all avenues to ensure that I drove off the lot with a vehicle. I came in looking for a car to get me from A-B regardless if it was new or used, but Donna was able to get me into a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze. She was phenomenal and she helped me tremendously!
