Oil change I was headed to work, and needed to get an oil change. This was my first time in the service department , and from the initial contact to the cashier, I was headed to work, and needed to get an oil change. This was my first time in the service department , and from the initial contact to the cashier, everyone had a smile on their face and was very pleasant. Although I did not have an appointment, I was informed it would be a couple of hours, which was fine because I work within walking distance.
